    Built for teams who want a hat that actually looks like theirs, not something pulled off a shelf with a logo added after the fact.

    The RFI Standard Issue is fully custom and made to order. Colors, materials, and details are all built around your brand. The only thing you’re choosing up front is what goes on the front: your logo, or one of our designs.

     

    The Basics:

    • Classic, structured 6-panel trucker hat
    • Mesh sides, mid profile
    • Standard cotton twill fabric
    • Snapback closure (other options available upon request)
    • Fully custom, made-to-order construction
    • Any color available for hat & embellishments

     

    Customization

    This is where the hat becomes yours.

    • Hat color: Customize every single panel on your hats. All the same? All different? Your choice.
    • Front embellishment: Choose from our stock designs or use your logo
    • Stitching: Add an accent color or keep it the same color as the brim
    • Rope detail: Add an optional rope for something a little extra
    • Side embellishment: Add an optional American Flag, logo, you name it
    • Mesh sides: Choose either mesh or full fabric sides

    Everything is built around your direction.

     

    The Process:

    1. You choose your quantity from the dropdown
    2. Select a stock design or upload your logo
    3. Use the order notes to outline colors, embellishments, or preferences
    4. Submit your order
    5. We reach out to collect files and confirm all details
    6. We build and send a mockup for approval
    7. Once approved, production begins
    8. We ship everything to you once complete

    Once your design is set, reordering is straightforward and consistent.

    Production & Shipping:

    These are made to order. Total production time is approximately ~60 days after design approval, plus shipping.

    Important Note on Design
