The RFI Unstructured is a more casual take on the standard trucker hat. Great for everyday wear and all-day comfort. Fully custom and made to order, every detail is built around your brand, including a front design created from scratch with our team of artists. Not pulled from a library, and not an afterthought.

The Basics:

• Unstructured, trucker-inspired hat
• Fabric sides, mid profile
• Standard cotton twill fabric
• Snapback closure (other options available upon request)
• Fully custom, made-to-order construction
• Any color available for hat & embellishments
• Fully custom front graphic (patch or direct embroidery)

Customization

This is where everything comes together.

• Hat color: Customize every single panel on your hats. All the same? All different? Your choice.
• Front embellishment: Design something 100% custom with our artists
• Stitching: Add an accent color or keep it the same color as the brim
• Rope detail: Add an optional rope for something a little extra
• Side embellishment: Add an optional American Flag, logo, you name it
• Mesh sides: Choose either mesh or full fabric sides

You’re not adapting to a template. The entire hat is built around your direction for your company, clients, or event.

The Design Process

You’ll work directly with our artists and design team to develop a custom graphic for the front of the hat that will either be turned into a patch or embroidered directly on the front crown.

Come in with a clear idea or just a rough direction. Either way, we help shape it into something that actually fits the industry and looks right on a hat, not just on a screen.

The Process:

2. Submit your order with any initial ideas or direction
3. We reach out to kick off the design process
4. Our team develops concepts for your custom front graphic
5. We refine the design with you until it’s dialed in
6. Final mockup is approved
7. Production begins
8. We ship everything once complete
